18 FT DOUBLE PADDLE CANOE SPECIFICATIONS                                                                  

    Our 18 foot kayak is a true expeditionary boat for one or two people. This boat is extremely seaworthy and stable, and will carry a large amount of gear in rough water conditions. Construction is of rugged nylon treated with hypalon, over a wooden frame.

     Building our 18 foot Kayak will require most of the nine days available in our monthly Kit Class schedule, though some of these will be partial days or evenings. Please refer to the Kitboat Class Tools list to see what tools you may bring to expedite the building of your boat.
